Aubrey Plaza
Aubrey Plaza, the queen of comedic nihilism, has made a career out of playing characters who seem perpetually unimpressed with the world. From April Ludgate in "Parks and Recreation" to Harper Spiller in "The White Lotus," her roles often involve a healthy dose of existential ennui and a general disdain for cheerful norms.
While her characters might sometimes possess a neurotic edge that resonates with certain Jewish comedic traditions, Plaza herself is of Puerto Rican and Irish Catholic descent. So, despite the strong "Jew-ish" vibes she can project, it's mostly a testament to her acting chops and her ability to embody a very specific brand of humor.
Still, one can dream. Imagine the kvell-worthiness if she were to suddenly announce a long-lost Jewish heritage. Until then, we'll just have to settle for her being a master of the deadpan and an honorary member of the "could easily pass for Jewish" club.
