Louis C.K.
Louis C.K., born Louis Székely, is indeed a surprise. Not because of his often-uncomfortable humor, nor his spectacular fall from grace, but because despite the very Irish-American vibe he projects, his paternal grandfather was a Hungarian Jew.
His grandfather, a fellow named Géza Székely, immigrated to Mexico, where his father was born. So while Louis's Jewish roots are a generation or two removed, and certainly not something he's ever identified with publicly, the heritage is undeniably there, albeit diluted.
Kvell-worthiness is a tricky one here. On one hand, his comedic talent is undeniable, earning him numerous awards and critical acclaim. On the other hand, the allegations of sexual misconduct, which he later admitted to, make any kvelling feel… complicated, at best. It's safe to say he brought a fair bit of shame to his family, Jewish or otherwise.
