Don Drysdale, the towering right-hander, wasn't just a pitcher for the Dodgers; he was an institution, known for a steely gaze and a penchant for throwing pitches inside (if you catch our drift). His record-setting streak of 58 consecutive scoreless innings in 1968, a truly kvell-worthy feat, cemented his legacy as one of baseball's fiercest competitors, though perhaps not one known for his gentle demeanor. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1984.

Born in Van Nuys, California, Drysdale's lineage appears to be as straightforwardly gentile as his fastball was straight-up intimidating. There's no whisper of a Jewish grandparent, no hidden synagogue membership, and certainly no Bar Mitzvah pictures floating around the internet.

While his career was filled with strikeouts, Cy Young Awards, and World Series rings, none of these achievements, however glorious, seem to have been performed with a kippah tucked under his cap. Thus, his "Jew or Not Jew" score leans heavily towards "not."
